Once you've booked with us, our hardworking office team meticulously reviews all the information. This includes cross-checking your address, home size, whether you have any pets, and any special requests you've made. On occasions, we might even propose an in-person assessment to ensure we fully understand the work needed and your preferences. Once everything is squared away, you'll receive a confirmation that all is set and our preparations are in motion.

To help you keep track of our scheduled date, we'll send you both emails and texts – this is the moment when our clients often find themselves doing a joyful little dance! :)


2. We meet your home

When cleaning day arrives, our dedicated field team, specially chosen for your home, will show up at your doorstep. Dressed in our smart navy shirts adorned with golden star logos, they are the friendliest crew you'll ever meet. They'll greet you with a warm smile and take a moment to assess your home. This helps ensure we can complete the job and leave you with a happy heart within the expected time. If we sense more time might be needed, our office will get in touch to discuss options and come up with the best plan. Our aim is to make your experience delightful, and a big part of that involves aligning our resources with your needs.

We're selective about our staff, looking for empathy and intelligence. We genuinely care for them. When they're at your home, please provide them comfort by adjusting the temperature as needed, securing your pets (for their safety too!), and removing any potential biohazards (like waste or insects). A tidier space helps us too, allowing access to the areas that require a thorough clean.

3. We apply magic to your home!

Now you can trust us to take over and work our magic. We'll dedicate hours to scrubbing, polishing, and making every surface shine. Our cleaning is filled with care, just as if we were cleaning for our own grandma. Once we're done, our team will show you the results and ask if everything meets your expectations. Don't hesitate to let us know if we've missed anything. Despite our angelic appearance, we're only human and might accidentally overlook something.
